Hyatt Place Nashville/Hendersonville

We had an issue at a different hotel, so we went into this one, and they were able to get us into a room immediately on the same day. 3 of us shared a double room with a pull out sofa, and it was the perfect amount of space. The AC worked very well, and the hot water on the shower was enough for everybody to shower right after each other. We also swam, and the pool is very nice. Breakfast had the perfect amount of options for us, and they had just enough seating for the amount of people they had at that time. The beds are nice, but the pillows are a little soft. Overall, this hotel was very nice, and if we ever come back, I’d pick this hotel again.

I was in town for a work event. I didn’t know much about the area, just the fact that it was the closest to where I needed to be for work. The Hyatt here was PERFECT!!!! Everything was above expectations and the staff that weekend was some of the best I’ve encountered anywhere and they appeared to love being there. The only complaint I had was the room layout , where the sink was in the open area of the room rather than in the bathroom where you wouldn’t disturb others with me as they slept. That seems to be a trend with other hotels also.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting my grandmother this past weekend. Unfortunately during the worst weather. Flew in on Friday morning and were lucky to be upgraded to a 4 wheel drive rental car. This hotel was incredible. I really did not mind being snowed in because of how comfortable and relaxing this place is. The beds were super comfy and the interior design in the rooms are very aesthetically pleasing. Food and a bar downstairs! Breakfast was delicious every day. The staff was such a pleasure to speak to and super helpful and kind. They truly are so accommodating and attentive. Anytime we needed something we got it right away, given with a smile. The southern hospitality was a nice change from the fast paced life we live in New jersey. Our flights home kept getting canceled and Sunday night after the 3rd cancellation I decided to change the drop of location on our very safe rental car and make the 12 hour trek home. When I went to check out the hotel manager asked if everything was okay. I assured him it was and that we just needed to get home. He was extremely kind and wished us a safe travel home. If you’re reading this I’d like to let you know we made it home safe and sound. The first quarter was pretty scary but we were careful and made it! Thank you to all staff for the exceptional service. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we’re in town.

Kayli, specifically, has helped us turn such a terrible situation into a wonderful and homey stay! We retreated here after our power was scheduled to be out for days on end after the ice storm. My husband and I had not slept in days and her bright smile and helpful personality made us feel safe and at ease. We are grateful for all of the kind staff and clean accommodations! Thank you!

My wife, daughter, and I drove from Chicago to stay at the Hyatt, and it was an outstanding experience. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and truly exceeded our expectations. The best part was the value—what we paid was incredible. I’d have expected to pay around $200 on a Saturday, but we only spent $160 after taxes. It was an excellent deal for such high-quality accommodations. Highly recommend this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Hendersonville/Nashville and overall had a great experience. Rooms: The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed and cozy seating area. The layout was practical, and I appreciated the large TV and desk setup. Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and the bathroom was well-maintained with solid water pressure. Only downside is the walls are a bit thin, so you may occasionally hear hallway noise, but nothing too disruptive. Service: Service was friendly and professional from check-in to departure. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with local recommendations and quick to resolve any small requests. Breakfast was well-organized with good variety for a casual hotel setup. Overall, the team made the stay smooth and hassle-free. Location: The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and only a short drive from downtown Nashville. It feels safe and is ideal whether you're staying for business or leisure. On-site parking was easy with no issues. Final Thoughts: Hyatt Place Hendersonville/Nashville offers great value with clean rooms, solid service, and a convenient location. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay near Nashville.

My mum and I stayed for three days, and found a quiet, comfortable hotel with a well organised and diligent team of staff. Hendersonville is about 20-30 minutes from the Nashville CBD so this is not the place to stay if you want to make the most of the museums and the Honky Tonks on Broadway. If have a car and you're looking for an affordable hotel experience that is also family friendly, Hyatt Place Nashville/Hendersonville is perfect for you. They have a basic, yet comprehensive breakfast buffet, big rooms with good air-conditioning that are almost so comfortable and spacious it's tempting not to go out for the day! I stayed at more luxurious hotels during this trip, I used multiple pools and Hyatt Place's pool was my favourite! Shallow end is 3 feet which is good for the kids, I think the deep end is 5 feet which is better for the adults. Most hotel pools are only 3 feet these days so the extra depth was appreciated. Staff were always keen to help and attentive to guest needs. Kudos to Ray, Theresa, Tommi, Robert and Stefanie for their assistance when my mum and I required it.

This place is incredible and went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay in an ice storm with a newborn baby. Special thanks to Tiffany and the sales/front desk team for the incredible care—10/10 would recommend this hotel!
